Sons and Daughters Memorabilia Exhibit

2004 Nashville Reunion

The Sixth Marine Division is in for a walk down memory lane at the 2004 reunion. You may have seen or heard about the extraordinary memorabilia exhibit that Dan Accrocco (one of the members of the Division's Sons-Daughters Adjunct) displayed at the 2003 Reunion. It was a moving, magnificent tribute to his father and featured his Dad' s WW II artifacts, maps of the battle, wonderful photography, and uniforms. It was the hit of the reunion, hands down, with rave reviews.

Well, Dan is back and is bringing his show to the 2004 Nashville reunion. Many of the sons and daughters have asked if they could also bring exhibits--large or small, grand or modest-- and Dan has volunteered to be the Exhibit Director! In fact, you don't have to be a S/D to bring an exhibit, pictures, memorabilia, etc.--we know many of the Division members have cherished photos, uniforms, whatever that they might like to display. So ANYONE can contact Dan and let him know that they would like to bring a display.

At this time, Team TN is planning to stage the exhibit in the foyer, right outside the hospitality room. That's great for Marine business and great for public awareness as well. These displays also are very popular with the local media that will be covering the reunion as well.

If you'd like to bring a display, please contact Dan Accrocco on email at,
Accrod@aol.com, or by phone: (w) 937-431-8322 (H) 937-429-9943. He'll need some idea of who is bringing what so he can coordinate space and tables with Team TN.

See you all there, at the exhibit!
